All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. Customers will be notified if a significant delay occurs.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, the issue must be resolved with the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
